TA Coordinator (Assistant III)

(Contract 6 Months)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication in Thai (Native speaker) & English (beginner or intermediate) and computer literacy
  • Excellent customer service skills and service mind
  • Prioritizing work activities and meeting necessary deadlines
  • Meticulous and able to work effectively under time constraints
  • Excellent attention to details, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight schedule

Responsibilities

  • Prepare recruitment materials (including application form, writing test, interview evaluation form)
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Prepare document follow up pre-employment check list for pre-hire employees
  • Conduct orientation program such as booking room, arrange time with instructor
  • Maintain effective data in workday system and send new employees documents on time
