Job Description Summary:
The Associate Technical Manager is responsible for Leading eCommerce Teams. Team is responsible for Building eCommerce Solutions design, Architect, Develop, Integrate, implement, and support systems. The Candidate is a coach that is an expert at working in all layers of an application and guiding and building a team of engineers.
Position Accountabilities:
- Expertise in SDLC Expertise in eCommerce
- Strong working knowledge of Java, FSD, Spring Boot, Micro services, Angular
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, team player with proven collaboration skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to mentor junior team members.
- Good in Leadership/management and follow-up skills
- Experience collaborating in global/geographically diverse teams.
- Proven ability to develop individuals and teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in IT Development projects & Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Master engineer, technologist, and coach with a desire to develop products that positively impact lives.
- Leader, self-starter, and love to solve problems through technology.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to learn new technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good work ethic
- Aptitude to contribute to strategic goal setting for department/business unit.
- Ability to lead team toward operational objectives.
