Our team is responsible for managing a set of strategic analytics programs for suppliers and customers, supporting the Strategic Sourcing organization with commercial and market intelligence solutions, and identifying and developing new strategic plans and growth levers for our business.
The Sr Analyst, Strategic Planning and Execution plays a critical role in executing the strategic direction and growth of the SOURCE Generics Program. This role will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of product formularies offered to customers, SOURCE Generic Rebate calculations, and product research related to program’s success. This role will utilize self-service analytic solutions, such as BOBJ, Alteryx, Looker, Tableau, etc, to deliver insights to both internal and external stakeholders. This individual also contributes to a positive team environment by mentoring others and driving a collaborative culture.
Location - Targeting individuals based local to Central Ohio, willing and able to work in a hybrid work environment (meaning in-office in Dublin Tuesday through Thursday)
Responsibilities
- Supports the accurate and timely processing of strategic rebate programs for SOURCE Generics customers.
- Executes pricing/cost changes for new and existing items on formulary contracts.
- Maintains a high level of documentation on key business processes.
- Adheres and enhances standard operating procedures on pricing & rebate activities.
- Partners with stakeholder analysts to conduct research audits on price/cost changes.
- Collaborates with Internal and External Audit providing detail on rebates & pricing data.
- Supports processing operations for SOURCE Generics customers.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and policies supporting the program.
- Develops insights from rebate and formulary data.
Qualifications

- Experience conducting and developing audit processes, preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.

- Enjoys detailed and challenging problems, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and possesses the aptitude to work independently.
- Experience with systems like Vendavo, Vistex and SAP, preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills; Client service oriented (both internal and external).
- Attention to detail, ability to multi‐task, and prioritize workload in a fast‐paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker, Alteryx)

Anticipated Pay Range: $68,500.00 - $91,200.00 USD
