Job Summary
We are looking for Principal, Application Development SAP/Vistex focused on Pricing, Chargebacks & Rebates to join our SAP CoE team. This person will be leading offshore resources in coaching and project onboarding in Pricing, Chargebacks & Rebates functionality using Vistex technology. This role will also collaborate on multi-year strategies and will support project portfolio of strategic business projects and technology refresh.
The candidate should have proven comprehensive experience and knowledge on SAP/Vistex System Landscape, Pricing, Chargebacks & Rebates Functional expertise. HANA, S4, and cloud experience is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Primary lead and accountable in coaching and training of offshore resources in Vistex technology, and business processes Pricing, Rebates and Chargebacks. Lead creation of training plan and materials.
- Define long term strategy of using offshore resources in combination with onshore teams.
- Provide metrics for resource training in completion, engagement, and post training effectiveness.
- Work with onshore and offshore teams driving solution delivery in SAP Pricing, Rebates and Chargebacks.
- Support/lead strategic business projects and technical refresh portfolio
- Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging
- Guide and coach complex fit/gap analysis, effort estimates and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from “out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
- Identify synergies and optimization areas within the Pricing, Rebates and Chargebacks domain and manage the execution.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and changes in business processes.
- Own strategic relationships with all key stakeholders. Customer focused and deep understanding of business needs.
- Influence internal and external clients to leverage out of the box solutions and reducing customizations.
- Help in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with functional partners to deliver solutions for value-add business functions.
- Collaborate with other process tower leaders (OTC, PTP, RTR, and non-SAP systems) to ensure a cohesive solution without
- Responsible for the KPI's and BPM metrics that support current and future Pharma and Medical business units on SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 12+ years’ experience in SAP/Vistex Pricing, Rebates, Billbacks and Chargebacks preferred
- knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.
- Functional and technical knowledge in Vistex modules
- Experience in training and coaching junior resources
- Experience in defining long term roadmaps and project execution strategy in SAP
- Knowledge or previous experience in ABAP and debugging
- Proficiency in advanced S/4 features such as FIORI apps, CDS views, and embedded analytics
- Experienced in all global SAP aspects, including defining & assigning Enterprise Structure, Master data, Sales Order processing and purchasing functions
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen in healthcare wholesale distribution space preferred.
- Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions
- Strong experience in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with our functional partners to deliver quality business solutions
- Experience providing direction to the teams in managing and troubleshoot complex interfaces involving multiple systems
Anticipated salary range: $135,000 - $205,000
