What User Experience Design contributes to Cardinal Health

Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience.

User Experience Design creates intuitive digital interfaces that meet business objectives, make it easy for a user and/or customer to accomplish their intended task(s) and deliver a high-level of customer satisfaction when engaging with the company online.

Proven experience leading end-to-end UX processes — from discovery to usability testing.

Strong portfolio showing measurable impact on usability, conversion, or user satisfaction.

Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.


Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • English level: advanced / fluent, required
  • Past user experience with platforms, required
