What Performance Monitoring contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Performance Monitoring is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reviewing customer contact quality. Knowledge Management plays a key role in the business in terms of documentation and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable with Pharma process preferred

  • 2-4 years of experience, preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred


What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks within the knowledge management scope of support

  • Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity

  • Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve

  • Applies judgment within defined parameters

  • Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects

  • Reviews processes, articles and SOPs relevant to the business and ensure publication of the necessary documentations periodically or at a given point in time

  • Engages and collaborates with Knowledge Contributors, SMEs, and/or Business Unit Owners to ensure streamlined processes
