What Engineering Embark Development Program contributes to Cardinal Health
Embark is Cardinal Health’s early career development program designed to build capability through professional development within a functional area. The goal of the Embark program is to prepare and develop participants to build the skills and knowledge they need to own their development and drive their career.
The Engineering Embark Development Program provides differentiated development in the form of on-the-job learning, guided curriculum, mentoring, executive exposure, and leadership experience to build a pipeline of talent within the Engineering function.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics Engineering, or equivalent work experience, preferred
What is expected of you and others at this level
- Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
- Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
- Applies judgment within defined parameters
- Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
- Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
