Qualifications
- 4-8 years of leadership experience, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Previous experience Presenting to leadership
- Ability to lead a Service restoration call (SRT).
- Previous experience with OS or Application Patching and upgrades.
- 2-4 years ServiceNow experience in CMDB, Discovery, APM and ITSM
- Previous experience working with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Minimum of 5+ years working on a team as part of a large IT organization.
- Minimum of 5+ years leading build/run team members.
- Proficient in SDLC and Agile methodology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
- Good understanding Infrastructure( Servers, Databases, Network and cloud) and processes of Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
- Experience with GCP, VMWare, Azure or AWS Cloud Infrastructure
