What Operations Analytics contributes to Cardinal Health

Operations Analytics is responsible for data and technology management to support and enable Operations processes including data mining, business analysis, data integrity, data acquisition, ERP business systems analysis and functionality, reporting and analysis. Uses standard and specialized business software tools to assist Operations in managing business processes and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Daily collection of all run data from past 24 hr - entering on individual sheets (2)
  • Updating 12 SQDIP boards daily prior to Tier 2 meetings
  • Cycle counting - aiding in performing cycle counts (A - B - C format)
  • Assisting with kanban process for consumable materials; backup coverage for PTO placing requisitions.
  • Enter training completions in LMS and store records properly.
  • Frequent check ins with trainer and OJT form/clipboards on production floor.
  • Record Instructor Led Training course records in LMS systems.
  • Support EHS training limited to scheduling, completions and reporting for Powered Pallet Jack, LOTO and NEO Safety Slides
  • Provide support for in person presentation of NEO/Train the Trainer.
  • Track compliance with corporate mandates, such as NEO survey and recognition dates.
  • Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation deemed necessary for position, department, plant or company success.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years database management experience; may be substituted with strong history of compliance based training or solid understanding of metric tracking in a production environment, preferred
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Mathematic and reasoning skills, preferred
  • Experience or comfort with presenting provided material in person, preferred
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Agile preferred.

Anticipated hourly range: $20.10-$30.02/hr

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
