Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.
IT Network & Telecommunications designs, operates and maintains the organization's local and wide area networks and telecommunications systems and manages relationships with telecommunications service and maintenance vendors. This job family evaluates existing network systems and develops long-term strategies to ensure network capacity meets current and future network requirements. IT Network & Telecommunications performs technical analyses of software, hardware, and network systems as well as systems engineering for front-end processors, multiplexors, LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and various transmission systems.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project work to deploy new voice solutions
- Perform analysis of maintenance failures, research trends, causes of failures, and recommend solutions to avert future failures.
- Design, implement, and support of Cisco UC and UCCE.
- Perform call recording, SIP, SBC’s, CVP, CCNP, ITIL v3
- Demonstrate knowledge of Cisco related voice and contact center components
- Project management
- Utilize strategic approach to Unified Communications
- Provide topology documents or the flow of the voice data
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in the data/voice communications field, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Practical skills in voice technologies IP telephony and SIP, preferred
- Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting voice technologies, preferred
- Understanding of IP data, voice, and video networking concepts and systems is preferred.
- Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite and LucidChart preferred
- Analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills preferred
- Experience in logical design of voice & contact center solutions, research and development, and hands-on configuration preferred

Anticipated hourly range: $32.50 per hour - $46.39 per hour
