What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous Call Center Experience


  • Provide overall customer service within a call center environment meeting performance metrics such Quality; Adherence; Conversion.
  • Manage outbound customer calls, specifically for brand new customers and customers using a diabetic medical device.
  • Collaborate with inbound teams on best practices and process.
  • Responsible for aiding with order entry.
  • Focus on efficiency, communication, and exhibiting success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a customer-centric advocacy mindset.
