The Master Data team plays a critical role in driving a consistent customer experience across both Pharma and Medical segments. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our effective team to provide an excellent customer experience and take master data to the ‘next level’ – in close working partnership with our business partners across the company. The ideal candidate is someone who is a confident, thought leader who embraces master data as a game changer, is not afraid to blaze new trails, and who is passionate about the customer experience

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: In business administration, management, or a related field. Certain industries may require a more specialized degree.
- Master’s Degree (optional but beneficial): An MBA or a master's degree in a related field can be advantageous, especially for higher-level management positions.
- Relevant Certifications: Certifications like Project Management, Lean Six Sigma (OPEX) or industry-specific certifications can be valuable.
Professional Experiences:
- 8-12 years of experience, preferred
- Experience in a Leadership Role: Prior experience in a supervisory or management role, demonstrating effective leadership and team management.
- Industry or Domain Experience: Understanding of the specific industry the manager will be working in, including its challenges, competitive landscape, and trends.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and handling budgets.

- Resource Management: Efficiently managing the team’s resources, which may include budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within the allocated time and budget.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identifying and resolving problems that arise within the team or in project execution. This requires critical thinking, a proactive approach, and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
- Communication: Maintaining open and effective channels of communication with the team, upper management, and other stakeholders. This includes clearly conveying expectations, changes in policy or strategy, and gathering feedback.
- Development and Training: Identifying training needs within the team and facilitating professional development opportunities. This helps in keeping the team skilled and motivated.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensuring that the team adheres to all company policies and regulations. Staying updated with industry best practices and implementing them within the team for continuous improvement.
- Innovation and Improvement: Encouraging innovation and seeking ways to improve processes, products, or services. This involves staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
