Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
Job Summary
Finance business partner for the US Medical OEM & 3PL BUs within USMPD. Responsibilities span problem solving, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business case development, deal modeling as well as providing ad hoc support for the business as necessary.
Responsibilities
Business partner with VP and team of directors. Build teams’ financial acumen, develop fact-based stories to support strategy & objectives and empower the team to make well informed decisions with financial insights.
Lead quarterly forecasting, annual budget and multi-year SPF process
Own monthly results analysis, focused on volume, rate, mix analysis
Build cross functional businesses cases/ deal models
Support customer facing conversations to educate and problem solve
Partner with accounting and core cross functional teams
Qualifications
6-10 years of experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience preferred
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Business partnering and strong communication skills preferred

Independently determines method for completion of new projects
Receives guidance on overall project objectives
Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $155,295
