Facilities Management/Maintenance is responsible for supporting the physical structure of a company facility.


  • The Maintenance  Supervisor Position is responsible to support the entire El Paso Operations facility in good operating standing and compliance with Federal, State, City and corporate regulatory (EHS, Quality, Finance) requirements.
  •  Reports directly to the Operations manager. This position is necessary for the efficient management of the entire maintenance resources' support to the 677, 000 plus Sq. Ft. facility and grounds.
  •  Responsible for various assignments such as: Electrical, Fire Suppression, CCTV, Burglar and Fire alarms, GMPs, Heating, Cooling, Landscaping, Reception, Pest Control, Facility PMs, Security and Utilities' consumption.
  • Responsible in all EHS-MS applicable procedures specifically with all maintenance job tasks and regulatory equipment maintenance.
  • Responsible to conduct all kinds of regulatory and procedural trainings to Maintenance personnel and supervision of the entire Maintenance group


  • Requires bachelor's degree in engineering, management or relevant experience in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical level expertise in industrial building, health, safety and environmental codes, procedures, practices, and requirements.
  • Proficiency with PC office/business communications and programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).required
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships and cooperatively work with cross functional teams.
  • AutoCAD experience a must.

Anticipated salary range: $60,000 - $90,000
