Cardinal Health is seeking Engineer - Salesforce, responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering state of the art Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Apttus CLM solutions. The ideal candidate is an individual with customer focused mindset, hands-on technology skills, positive work ethic and a collaborative mindset who is willing to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.

   

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technology solutions, including but not limited to Salesforce.com Sales/Service Cloud solutions
  • Follow the Agile process to delivering solutions
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of applicable Run and Build projects tracking application(s) (i.e. Service Now, Jira, etc.)
  • Expected to Support Projects, Build Enhancements and Run support.
  • High level of communication of technical issues, and solutions status with all impacted parties, including business owner(s), technology owner(s), peer(s), team member(s)
  • Monitor and manage proactive maintenance to application platform environments
  • Maintain a high level of attention to details

 Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience preferred
  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred, Advance Degree may be required
  • Proven Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud platform development experience
  • Experience with Digital Experience/Community Pages
  • Experience with Salesforce.com products including:
    • Sales & Service cloud
    • Marketing cloud – Nice to have
  • Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Tableau a plus
  • Salesforce.com Admin/Developer Certifications
  • Experience with coding in Apex
  • Working experience with middleware tools like Dell Boomi, APIGEE, Attunity
  • Prior build experience with APIs and integrations
  • Any exposure to Jira or Service Now

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot
  • CI Tools - Gearset, Jenkins
  • Working knowledge of DevOps and Salesforce DX
