Job Summary:
The Engineer is responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday applications and systems to achieve the company's business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Collaborate with Workday Business Analysts, HRIS peers, Human Resource clients, and other GTBS teams.
- Work closely with Workday Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, Managed Services Teams, and Professional Services Teams.
- Ensure compliance with HRIT policies and security standards.
- Manage relationships with peers and clients effectively.
- Participate in and remediate any SOX and IIQ audit requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience with Workday configuration, including Business Process Framework, Security, and Reporting.
- Proficiency in Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Report Writer.
- Familiarity with Workday Financials
- Experience with file transfer via FTP, SFTP and API system integration
- Experience with migrating Workday to Public Cloud
- Knowledge of HRIT compliance and security standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
