Job Summary:

The Engineer is responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday applications and systems to achieve the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Collaborate with Workday Business Analysts, HRIS peers, Human Resource clients, and other GTBS teams.
• Work closely with Workday Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, Managed Services Teams, and Professional Services Teams.
• Ensure compliance with HRIT policies and security standards.
• Manage relationships with peers and clients effectively.
• Participate in and remediate any SOX and IIQ audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience with Workday configuration, including Business Process Framework, Security, and Reporting.
• Proficiency in Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Report Writer.
• Familiarity with Workday Financials
• Experience with file transfer via FTP, SFTP and API system integration
• Experience with migrating Workday to Public Cloud
• Knowledge of HRIT compliance and security standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
