Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to help create, execute and track digital marketing programs. It is an exciting time to be joining Cardinal Health Canada as a digital expert, strategist and builder. As part of our Digital Hub team, this highly collaborative role reports directly to the Director, Digital Marketing & Creative Services. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support new product launches, lead generation, social media content planning and virtual marketing events such as webinars and tradeshows. The successful candidate is a self-starter and detail oriented digital marketer with a passion for B2B marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute best-in-class digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid online channels (i.e.) web, email & social media

  • Work closely with The Digital Hub team on strategy, planning, execution and measurement of campaigns and channel performance

  • Ongoing campaign management including continuous optimization and A/B testing

  • Develop and maintain relationships with the broader Marketing Dept as a digital marketing in-house expert and adviser

  • Apply digital best practices to drive optimal results and learnings

  • Communicate regularly with the Director, Digital Marketing & Creative Services to ensure projects are on track, gaining support and guidance

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce or Marketing preferred

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience supporting digital marketing work (client or agency side) is an asset

  • LinkedIn experience supporting organic and paid content. Prior social community management experience is a bonus.

  • Strong analytical aptitude, capable of understanding data, finding creative ways to solve problems and using data to tell a story

  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading sessions, presenting clear and concise findings to all levels of the organization

  • Team-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills to enable collaboration across functions and levels daily

  • Team-orientated, collaborative and excellent interpersonal skills
