Data Analyst, Data Analytics

What Data Analytics brings to Cardinal Health:

The Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives across the pharmaceutical distribution ecosystem, including Health Systems, Specialty Provider Team, Retail Independent, and Managed Service Organizations (MSOs). The analyst will work closely with Sales Operations, Market Intelligence, FP&A, and Revenue Management teams to support reporting and analytics projects. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. 

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, with high proficiency in Tableau and SQL (BigQuery preferred). 

  • Has experience building wireframes, mock-ups, and ad-hoc visualizations. 

  • Has proven ability to collaborate with Commercial and Finance organizations. 

  • Has basic understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution and its data landscape. 

  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 

  • Has exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a range of responsibilities and competing priorities while working under pressure to meet deadlines. 

  • Executes work in a timely manner, while maintaining high levels of communication with peers, leadership, and partners. 

  • Has experience in pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare analytics (nice to have) 

  • Has experience supporting Sales Operations Analytics, FP&A, and/or Revenue Management (nice to have) 

  • Has hands-on experience with third-party data sources such as IQVIA (OneKey, DDD, SHA Claims), Symphony Health, FDB (First Databank) (nice to have) 

  • Has exposure to Predictive Analytics (ML/AI) using Python (Alteryx, Google Cloud modules (nice to have)
