  • Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers by displaying attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner
  • Ensure forklifts are kept in good and safe working conditResponsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customersOperate the forklift for storage and transport of materials.
  • Using ERP Systems, effectively manage customer inventory levels
  • Complete all required customer order documentation.
  • Communicate shipment information to customers; tracking number, expected delivery date, etc. with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assists with maintaining an inventory of materials, product, and goods, such as completing cycle counts, performing calculations, entering information, and other related duties
  • Respond to changing business dynamics with flexibility and innovative thinking
  • Maintain & drive quality of all products & services
  • Represent company in a competent & professional manner
  • Following directions under limited supervision
  • Understand and comply with all current plant  site policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Adavanded degree or certification preferred
  • Customer support experience
  • Computer experience
  • Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy in cusomter relations
  • Must have the abaility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Flexible, adaptable, personable and results oriented
  • Ability to read a variety of instructions and comprehend procedures
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
