We are currently looking to recruit a Consultant, Strategic Partnership Lead for the LATAM region. Either based in our office in Mexico City, Mexico or in our office in Bogota, Colombia and reporting to the Director, Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Roles & Responsibilities

This role will work with the Director, Strategic Partnerships to support and implement partnership excellence activities with the regions to drive improved business performance. The main responsibility is to drive execution of the Partnership Excellence Program (PEP) across LATAM Channel Partnership markets, with up to 20% of time supporting projects or activities across international. This is a commercially focused role and will involve working in close collaboration with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, IT, commercial excellence, finance and supply chain. The role will have a responsibility for direct interactions with identified Strategic Partners across the region. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the Partnership Excellence Program for LATAM markets, ensuring local commercial teams are fully engaged and executing PEP initiatives

  • Be the Partnership Excellence touch point for identified Strategic and key partners acting as an additional resource to the commercial team for identifying and closing any gaps to enhance the customer experience

  • Own and manage the contract database for LATAM markets within the contracting tool. Champion the use of the tool, facilitate training and troubleshooting to local users and provide reporting.

  • Manage the contracting process for Pure Channel Partners

  • Oversee the partner onboarding/exit process for new distributors and distributor assessment, checklists etc.

  • Own the tracking and reporting of PEP program benefits and initiatives

  • Work with sales leadership to develop and enhance partner engagement activities

  • Drive local execution of PEP initiatives, e.g., opportunity management, tender improvement, pricing initiatives and the trace data initiative

  • Own and maintain a robust partner database and provide central PEP related communications directly to Strategic Partners

  • Oversee PBR process across LATAM including the provision of content and attendance where required. Maintain the PBR calendar

  • Own any commercial initiatives as directed by Strategic Partnership Director that will enhance or add value to the local commercial team to drive growth

  • Provide analytical and project management support to the Partnership Excellence Director

Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years commercial operations, channel partnership excellence or related field supported a commercial division

  • Advance to fluent proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written

  • High level of proficiency as a Microsoft Office User, Advanced Excel including knowledge of macros and pivot tables, Tableau and Power Point

  • Experience in a large international matrix organization

  • Business analytical skills essential

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management

Preferred (good to have)

  • Willingness to learn other business systems desirable.

  • Supply Chain & Customer Care experience within a Commercial Operations setting is desirable.

  • Project Management skills desirable
