What Field Sales Administration/Operations Generalist contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. This includes sales tools/productivity improvement, data architecture/reporting, customer & business metrics/analytics


Field Sales Administration/Operations Generalist is responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence (includes: data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management and reporting); and, for identifying, creating and implementing processes that profitize, optimize and support the entire field sales organization (includes: collections data & insights, customer and product master data) to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization, drive operational excellence and maximize contract value for the Sustainable Technologies portfolio

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the data design & architecture for internal stakeholders & 3rd party partners that underpins collections visibility for the Sustainable Technologies business
  • Continuously monitors, enhances, and audits data & reporting as needed by the business
  • Works closely with 3rd party partners, such as Medtronic, Arcwood, IQVIA, and Hovertech to ensure smooth data-sharing operations and B2B transparency
  • Acts as team liaison with IT for ongoing reporting and ST Portal maintenance needs
  • Provides direct, consultative, customer-facing reporting support when required


Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience preferred
  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advance Degree may be preferred
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx or other data visualization tools
  • Experience with Python development, automation, SQL and database design
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional leaders

Anticipated salary range: $87,700 - $112,770
