Software & Information Platforms manages the technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation and support of application and information frameworks that the organization's application solutions utilize. This job family partners with Application Development & Maintenance teams and other Information Technology function teams to identify enhancements for platforms and long-term capabilities.
We currently have a need for a SAP Solutions Manager!
This position is part of SAP Basis team who’s objective and responsibility will be to support SAP Solution Manager Landscape and its core functionalities. Apart from day-to-day support, person will be of part core team to enhance and implement new functionalities of SAP solution manager that covers wide spectrum of SAP best practices and methodologies to continuously improve operations of our IT business solution.

Responsibilities
- Point of contact for issues related to key SAP Solution Manager Functionalities for Application lifecycle management.
- SAP Change and Release Management (ChaRM) and CTS+
- SAP Solution Documentation & Custom Code Lifecycle Management (CCLM)
- Business Process Change Analysis
- Technical Monitoring configuration and troubleshooting including system monitoring, Interface monitoring and connection monitoring
- Integration with SAP Test Automation tools like Worksoft/HP-ALM, ActiveControl, Onapsis via SAP Pak
- Responsible to train Cardinal run support team to manage the ALM functionality
- Business process Operations using guided procedures
- Able to plan the implementation of Business Process Monitoring (BPM) and Business Process Analytics (BPA) in various environment
- Conduct review of implementation from SAP for implementation
- Experience in troubleshooting BPM and BPA configurations
- Partner with managed/technical teams to review usage of Business Process Monitoring and Interface Connection Monitoring alerts and make required threshold changes using guided procedures
- Interfaces with business solution teams and partners on operational platform events as well as solution design needs.
- Support solution manager environment for projects and production support activities.
- Collaboration with solution owners of multiple SAP platforms (S4, ECC, etc)
- Opportunity of optimize our cloud environment and bring cost efficiencies
- Able to present and interact with business process owners at Cardinal Health
- Prepare necessary documentation for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment
- Partners with Enterprise Architecture teams for product selection and product capability roadmaps and information governance processes.
- Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues reported by end users
- Provide after-hours support as needed.
- Collaborate with SAP and Cloud teams in the areas of development of new functionality or ramp-up initiative
- Extensive experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2
- Knowledge on Cloud ALM (CALM)
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) management and cost optimization
- Knowledgeable of SAP BASIS activities related to SAP Solution Manager environment
- SAP Certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years’ experience in SAP SolMan preferred
- Extensive Experience in SAP Solution 7.2 SP09 or above
- Experience in performance tuning of solution manager
- Experienced in configuration of ALM and Business Process Operations functionality in solution manager
- Understands integration with ServiceNow, ARIS and HP-ALM environments
- Installation and update of diagnostic agents and host agents
- Deep competency in one or more Software/Information platform technology domains preferred
- Familiar with Run SAP Like Factory functionalities
- Breadth in multiple Software/Information Platform technology domains preferred
