What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures.

Accountabilities

  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, answering phone calls and distributing mail.
  • Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
  • Verify and assists managers with the bi-weekly payroll process
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done
  • Communication with multidisciplinary departments
  • Must have sense of urgency in order to attend and resolve requests
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 1 to 2 years work experience in related field preferred
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office programs, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English verbal and written is required
