What Inside Sales contributes to Cardinal Health

Inside Sales is responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers. The sales cycles will tend to be simple and short-term in nature and may or may not lead to a long-term customer relationship. Can sometimes be viewed as cold calling, tele sales.

Responsibilities

  • Inside sales of generic product within pharmacy sector.
  • Development of new accounts.
  • Manage and offer appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.  
  • Manage products backorders.
  • System Data Entry.
  • Provide customer service to clients.
  • Price Management.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of Associate Degree is required; in a Pharmacy field is preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent related work experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 2 years previous sales related experience is required.
  • Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) is required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish verbal and written is required.
  • Work schedule: 9:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday
