What Supervisor, Customer Service Operations contribute to Cardinal Health?

Supervisor, Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of international BPO Supervisory experience
  • Experience in doing client management is preferred
  • Open to all CHIP employees - B to P level - with POC experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Preferably with a bachelor’s degree
  • Willing to work at night shift.
  • Willing to work on weekends. Weekdays off.
  • Has a stable internet connection
  • Office location is in BGC; Hybrid set-up.

  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff
  • Administers and executes policies and procedures
  • Ensures employees operate within guidelines
  • Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers
  • Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers, and peer groups at various management levels
  • Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
