Your contributions to the organization:
- Ensure department is properly trained and staffed to complete all tasks in a timely manner
- Assign team tasks that effectively utilize team skills and expertise
- Represent customer service in cross functional meetings, projects, and escalations
- Support team for phone, email and/or task evaluations for accuracy and provide coaching
- Lead team huddles and provide team performance overviews and process updates
- Ensure process and training documents are updated as needed and employees are trained
- Establish department goals and employee development plans that drive personal and organizational success
- Creating an exceptional customer experience at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to the ongoing success of Cardinal Health Canada
- Other duties as required to maximize customer relationships by providing consistent responsive information
Qualifications and Core Competencies
- Open to CHIP employees (existing M1s, P-levels, and B4)
- Not under a prescriptive period for any disciplinary action stipulated in the Employee Handbook
- Preferably with experience as POC of a team
