Accountabilities
- Provides operational and reporting support regarding indirect spend for the enterprise
- Extracts data from procurement systems and performs weekly, monthly, and quarterly summary reporting of all sourcing activities and status of procurement requests.
- Responsible for analyzing data and summarizing results for leadership.
- Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders.
- Performs audits of policy and procedure conformance and develops summary reports on a monthly basis for submission to management.
- Responsible for identification of savings opportunities through data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
For Internal Candidates:
Open to P2/P3
At least 1 year in their current role
- BA, BS, or equivalent experience in related field
- 4-6 years of experience in related field
- Strategic Sourcing (indirect or direct) or Data Analytics experience, preferred
- Supplier management and contracting experience, preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates a strong financial acumen.
- Well versed in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) tools. Experience using Alteryx and Tableau. Knowledge of enterprise software like SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally and inclusively.
