We are currently looking for talented Product Operations Analyst in Lebanon to help build a high impact product. Responsibilities for this position include configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. The ideal candidate must have a mix of technical strength and business acumen. Candidate must be a strong self-starter and should enjoy collaborating with other team members.
 

Key accountabilities for this position include designing, testing, implementing, and supporting features that enable healthcare users to manage their inventory efficiently. You should have the ability to work directly with customers, developers, and software architects to eventually take ownership of software deployment and maintenance.

This role requires the candidate to demonstrate skills in Linux and SQL as well as solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.  Effective communication skills with internal teams as well as with the customer are needed daily to resolve issues.  Advanced multi-tasking skills are required. 


Responsibilities:

  • Apply your knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks.
  • Serve as Tier 3 support for technical escalation of application and software issues.
  • Be a generalizing specialist that primarily contributes technical expertise in the execution of production-grade operations, as well as eager to contribute to other areas your (agile) team needs help with to succeed. 
  • Analyze production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance as well as sustainability. 
  • Analyze datasets/logs to extract product related knowledge that helps the Product Team to shape the product RoadMap.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks by writing code in various languages based on need.
  • Troubleshoot production data and performance issues in all tiers of an N-tier architecture.
  • Establish, document and implement operational best practices and procedures.
  • Maintain and enhance the use of monitoring tools.
  • Write and update technical documentation such as SOW, Procedures, Policies…
  • Support System testing and post deployment activities for assigned applications.
  • Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and take actions to resolve. 
  • Conduct developments tests, writing reports, and debugging code.
  • Build applications for various platforms using common frameworks, including Java, Linux, Rest API, etc.
  • Write scripts to support automation of identified recurrent work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Experience with Bash scripting. PowerShell and batch is a plus.
  • Intermediate understanding of internet/network protocols: HTTPS and TCP/IP.
  • Basic understanding of RestAPIs and data integration format: JSON
  • Familiarity with errors and events monitoring.
  • Database Skills DML/DDL/DCL preferred pSQL/MySQL/Oracle Database
  • Proven knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming skills (preference: Java).
  • Proficiency in working with Linux operation system.
  • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Understanding of APIs and SSL
  • Experience with GIT and Postman is a plus.
  • Experience with relational databases highly preferred. Ability to write and test sQL solid queries prior to production execution.
  • Familiarity with metrics and log events monitoring is a plus: Splunk/Prometheus dashboards and alerts
  • Proficiency with working in a virtual environment.
  • Good command of the English Language is required.
  • Strong desire to solve problems and attend to details.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize as necessary so that all clients receive the highest level of customer service.
