We are currently seeking a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Analyst to add to our Contract Management team. The GPO Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales organization by managing on-going business activities with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) as required to support these important partners. This includes GPO customer contract administration and analysis, business metrics/analytics, and process improvement pursuant to how GPO contracts and relationships are managed. The GPO Analyst is responsible for coordinating reporting to our (GPO) partners in coordination with various internal departments (i.e. – Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Supplier Operations, etc.) and managing GPO customer contracts data for the Contract Management team.
We are looking for a hybrid GPO Analyst located in Vaughan, Ontario.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:
Oversee all inbound Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) requests and provide timely responses aligned with service level requirements
Co-ordinate internal timelines by working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders such as Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and Supplier Operations
Leverage analytical tools (i.e. – ERP, SalesForce, Tableau, Decision Support Excel files) to data mine and provide detailed analysis to assist in managing GPO contract decisions such as contract extensions/options years, price changes, product additions, member additions, and pricing discrepancies
Analyse and understand GPO/member landscape to evaluate contract spend from GPO member agreements to GPO awards
Coordinate amendments from GPOs to ensure information is accurate and that amendments are authorized properly by all parties
Investigate and consult with appropriate Marketing product managers for clarification of clinical/technical product information in support of all GPO contracts
Monitor GPO contract portals to provide updates on recalls, supply disruptions and other relevant product supply considerations
Update and maintain the systems/records with all relevant data for GPO contract amendments
Support and participate in key department projects including system improvement initiatives, new system introductions and any other projects as required
This Job might be for you if:
University degree preferred (Business, Marketing or related)
1-2 years of sales/marketing coordination experience
Strong customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required
Advance level of proficiency in Excel (data management) and MS Office Suite
Well versed in ERP systems, SAP an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments on an ongoing basis
Previous experience in the health care industry is an asset
