The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on integration and support of the myHR portal. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules in response to business needs.

- Integrate myHR portal with ServiceNow to streamline HR processes and improve user experience.

- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow functionalities to meet evolving organizational requirements.

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions.

- Ensure the stability and reliability of the ServiceNow platform through effective testing and debugging.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.

- Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and updates relevant to HR systems.

- Document all technical designs, processes, and workflows.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, 6+ years experience

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on HR applications.

- Experience with myHR portal or similar HR systems.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Preferred:**

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.

- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
