What Manufacturing Management contributes to Cardinal Health


Lead the organization to reach the levels of excellence in the performance as a World Class organization in practices and manufacturing systems; through the different management staff: Quality, Finance, Engineering, Focus Factories, Human Resources, Maintenance, Opex, Materials. Seeking compliance with business metrics: safety, quality, service and cost, ensuring the manufacture of world class products in harmony with the objectives and values CAH.


Accountabilities

  • Alignment of the plant's objectives with CAH's strategic plans.

  • Coordination with the managements of the different Departments, for the preparation and fulfillment of the budget.

  • Identify and implement best practices optimizing CAH's competitive conditions.

  • Provide guidance, mentoring and direction to staff management in meeting objectives

  • Leader in the implementation of the QBWM Program

  • Facilitator in the formation of high performance teams in the organization, promoting an environment of respect, discipline, professionalism and personal development

  • Establish and maintains ongoing communication across the organization

  • Ensures adherence to necessary safety measures to prevent accidents, occupational diseases

  • Notification of acts, unsafe conditions and environmental risks observed in any area of the company in the RTI.

  • Developing business-specific strategies and implementing them

MInimum Qualilfications

  • Bachelor's degree. Advance degree preferred

  • 10+ Yrs. experience in a large Industrial Manufacturing environment

  • 7+ years Leadership experience

  • Advanced Fluency in English and Spanish is a must

  • Interpersonal skills, and coaching.

  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning (P&L).

  • Experience in Ops Excellence (Lean Six Sigma)

  • Regulations: IS013485, FDA QSR, and all applicable regulations for MDSAP.
