Responsibilities
- Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of Data Science/Analytics resulting to process Improvement
- Works on complex projects of large scope
- Design, develop, test and deploy solutions (automation & process improvement) consistent with organization objectives in line with process, people, policy, and technology challenges.
- Manage and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and security
- Collect, organize, process, validate, analyze, and interpret data for information and patterns to help drive process improvement.
- Conducts complex data analyses using advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling. Provide actionable insights to guide business in decision making in process performance
- Deliver quantifiable value (type 1 and type 2 savings) through automation, process improvement, and data analytics.
- Work effectively with stakeholders (operations, digital partners, etc.) in value creation and process improvement/
- Manage relationship with stakeholders, maintaining regular cadences and alignment.
- Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Must have at least 3 years’ work experience in Data Analytics under BPO or Shared Services Industry
- Hands-on experience in
- Client/Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Problem Solving
- Data Analysis (data wrangling, exploratory and explanatory data analysis)
- Data Visualization (communicating the data to non-technical audience)
- Statistical Analysis (lean six sigma descriptive analysis, regression, statistical process control, etc.)
- Prototyping and deployment of data analytics solution
