Qualifications
- Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in Continuous Process Improvement under BPO or Shared Services Industry
- Must have knowledge and experience in applying Lean Six Sigma Principles
- Hands-on experience in
- Client/Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Problem Solving
- Project Management experience is good to have
- Experience in using different Automation Tools
- Power Platform (PowerApps & PowerAutomate)
- SQL Server
- VB & VB Macro
- JavaScript
- Python (good to have)
- Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence Programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.)
- Able to build desktop/mobile apps (using MS Power Apps & Power Automate and/or JavaScript) with minimum supervision
- Experience in driving transformation or process improvement
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified is a plus
