Summary
Management physical flow which covers Inland Transportation and External Centralize Warehouse.
Ensure the smooth physical flow of materials through the supply chain of Cardinal Rayong.
Job Description
Warehouse and Transportation:
Mandatory coordinator with related departments to ensure timely delivery of products, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory. Additionally, manage transportation plans for the plant, sterilizer, external warehouse, and provide reports on
weekly and monthly shipment results.
The coordinator will also lead physical flow management in the external warehouse and sterilizer.
- Prepare capacity planning versus capacity in a daily basis
- Review daily report and performance
- Review and prepare action to recover
- Conduct cycle count audit with Finance team
- Manage and maintain physical flow and concern ERP to meet Cardinal requirements and set up standards to improve
- Collaborate and support with concerned departments
- Evaluate KPI of all service providers, ensure that all service providers following the contract and Scope of work
- Review Cost in a monthly basis versus budget and proactive to improve for saving projects
Other duties:
- Complete other assignments as directed by the Manager
- Manage all projects of Physical of Rayong under logistics strategy
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management level for Warehouse, Transportation or Logistics
- Strong in data analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. SAP is preferable
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in leading and managing Physical and Materials flow project
- Native Thai and professional English (verbal and written) skill is required for the role
