Summary
Logistics Clerk Admin is response to handle for the report, transaction in logistics system and coordinate within logistics and other functions include logistics service providers.
Job Description
Maintain and update daily logistics transactions in company systems (CWS, PRMS, IT Solutions, and other related platforms).
Prepare, monitor, and maintain daily logistics records and reports from logistics service providers, including warehouses, transportation providers, and third-party vendors.
Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, and shipment activities, ensuring alignment with operational plans.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by monitoring picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Collect, verify, and submit logistics-related documentation from service providers to the Logistics team.
Monitor and record inbound and outbound truck activities to ensure loading and unloading operations are completed according to schedule.
Analyze operational delays, identify root causes, and coordinate with transportation providers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Prepare daily operational reports, including truck arrival/departure records, on-time delivery performance, and delay analysis reports.
Support transportation, warehouse, and inventory management processes while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and documentation requirements.
Coordinate logistics activities with internal departments and external business partners to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in logistics initiatives and continuous improvement projects related to budgeting, operational efficiency, quality, safety, environmental compliance, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.
Promote and maintain workplace safety, health, and environmental standards in accordance with company policies.
Report accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in one of the fields of Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management,Statistics and Business Administration
Good relationship and coordinator with others internal and external organization.
Able to work independently and analytical in a problem-solving environment.
Able to communicate in English and Computer literacy.
Good team player, good attitude, willing to learn new things and accountable.
