Consultant, Workforce Optimization - Night Shift

What Workforce Optimization contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Workforce Optimization is responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as systems and methodologies needed for analysis, measurement, and assessment of volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness, planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Workforce Management in the BPO/Shared Services Setting
  • Experience in Scheduling, Capacity Planning/Forecasting, required
  • Proficient in Verint, Genesy required
  • Experience in Reports and Analytics, required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with start up programs, preferred
  • Willing to work US hours
  • Willing to work onsite, preferred

** CHIP employees have to be in a P2/P3/M1 role for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for this position.
