製品開発エンジニア（Product Development Engineer）

Job Duties:職務の内容

• プロジェクトリーダーあるいはプロジェクトメンバーとして新製品の設計開発業務を行う
• マーケティングなど当社他部門及びビジネスパートナーと連携し、製品化に向けたプロジェクトを推進
• プロジェクトスケジュールの立案と実行
• 製品設計、設計検証、設計妥当性確認等の製品開発の実施
• 製品開発に関わるDHF、QMS関連文書の作成と管理
• 顧客、取引先との打合せ
• 製造部門への設計移管
• 海外R&D、海外ビジネスパートナーとのコミュニケーション
• 製品導入、輸出のための法的要求事項への対応
• 勤務地は静岡県袋井市のカーディナルヘルス株式会社袋井R&Dセンター

Knowledge/Skills Requirements：望ましいスキル等

必須要件

• 製品設計開発経験3年以上または同等の設計開発関連の知識
• プラスチック・樹脂系加工、押出、射出成形などの知見・経験（業界不問）
• 顧客との対話を元にニーズの仮説組み立て、検証の経験

歓迎要件

• コンセプトや構想を３D CADを用いて設計図を作成できる経験
• 医療機器メーカーでの実務経験（研究職/開発職または工場エンジニア）
• 医療機器設計開発、薬事、臨床に関わる知識
• 英語でのコミュニケーションに前向きに取り組める意欲
