Technical Solutions Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receive inbound freight from customers.

· Perform receipt, unpacking, decontamination and booking in of returned equipment.

· Complete all planned Technical, Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

· Perform complaints investigation following established procedures as required.

EDUCATION/TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

· Tertiary Education desirable but not required.

· Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced change environment managing competing priorities.

· Attention to detail, exceptional planning and organizational skills.

· Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.

· Driven with ability to work independently under minimal supervision as well as part of a team.

· Ability to complete repetitive work without impact on quality.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
