Pricing Integrity Analyst

Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1300 employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

We are currently seeking a Pricing Integrity Analyst for a 12 month contract to add to our team in Vaughan, ON. The Pricing Integrity Analyst will be the primary point of contact to resolve pricing related errors on system, and to drive process improvement initiatives that will ensure the highest level of customer experience and maximized revenue potential. You will leverage analytics, contract details, and technology to manage a wide variety of pricing initiatives and margin improvement projects.

This role needs someone who has a keen attention to detail, and a passion for data. You will be driven by learning new things, and being comfortable in sharing your thoughts, driving process improvement initiatives, and producing and working with tools that will create efficiencies. You are open to collaborating, to giving and receiving feedback, and holding yourself accountable in all that you do.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be to:  

  • Provide pricing analytics and support the execution of pricing changes in the ERP system

  •  Setup, maintain and update  customer and supplier contracts

  • Manage the execution of a wide variety of pricing initiatives and ad-hoc analysis/requests as needed to support the business

  • Work towards creating processes and tools that will simplify our data, and establish better proactive monitoring to identify errors; work towards root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures

  • Demonstrate an ability to translate analytics to data visuals/dashboards to extract insights 

  • Work closely with various teams from IT, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Sales, Finance, as well as our external Customers and Suppliers

The Job might be for you if you have:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience

  • Advanced SQL/Excel and Tableau required

  • Experience with JDE or SAP an asset

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to propose actions, identify and illustrate opportunities, make recommendations

  • Solution oriented mindset, strong self-discipline for accountability and accuracy

  • Self-initiative with strong discipline to deadlines is a must

  • Ability to prioritize, work independently and in a team setting
