We are currently looking to recruit a Iberia Marketing Manager, based in our office in Madrid, Spain reporting to the General Manager, Hybrid Markets.
The Position
The Iberia Marketing Manager will be responsible for Surgical Suite & Nutritional Delivery portfolio, leading the local strategy and execution of marketing plans. As key priorities in terms of the marketing plans, the marketing manager will have to lead new product launches, which includes local market assessment, planning of its execution, and acceleration of the market penetration of current portfolios.
Functions and Responsibilities
Development and execution of product portfolio strategy.
Develops and manages marketing plan in alignment with International Marketing and commercial team.
Becomes a product expert to drive revenue growth and market share gains.
Ensures product knowledge is effectively transferred to commercial team and partners.
Designs and executes new product launch plans, including positioning, marketing mix & promotional aspects for new products in collaboration with regional commercial marketing teams and internal training department to ensure field proficiency during product launches.
Ensures successful launch plan execution by closely monitoring timelines and metrics for success.
Represents the marketing function on cross-functional new product and core portfolios projects
Manages Iberia marketing budget.
Ensures business continuity through demand planning and forecasting processes.
Leads local pricing strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; MBA preferred.
Fluent English both oral and written is a must.
Healthcare experience is required and medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
Experience in a sales and/or product marketing role preferred.
Knowledge in the same product categories we are offering is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of success in strategy development, launch planning, market analysis strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong presentation skills.
Proficient in Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Strategic minded with superior collaboration skills.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
