Market Development (Assistant) Manager (1-year contract role)

Job description:

• To promote the concept of VTE prophylaxis in targeted regions and selected accounts；
• Increase awareness of VTE prophylaxis and generate demand from accounts to adopt mechanical VTE prophylaxis methods；
• Provide guidance, knowledge and advice to accounts and help to form VTE prophylaxis task force；
• Actively initiate Product and Education program events to promote concept and engage KOL 
• Cooperate with sales team and make a sustainable relationship with target department KA
• Deliver business result and has strong ability to tack the financial outcome.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree. Medical related education background is preferred.
• Prior working experience as RN, clinicians , or technicians in Orthopedics, General surgery, OB/GYN is preferred.
• Experience of working with various departments in hospitals is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to illustrate the strengths of products and clinical evidence clearly and convince people to accept new concepts.
• Moderate or above PPT skills
• Be a team worker.
• Able to work in a high pressure and intense environment individually or with sales team.

Travel:

• Frequent domestic travel is required, est. 50%-75%.
