MMS Solutions, a division of Cardinal Health, is a specialty pharmacy serving nephrology physician offices and clinics. Located in Nashville, Tennessee, MMS Solutions is a full-service closed-door specialty pharmacy dedicated in dispensing renal-specific medications, nutritional’s and ancillary supply orders directly to the patient's homes. Responsible for providing effective customer care to our nephrology base customers, our dedicated team must possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and reliable as well as proficiency in computers.

Accountabilities:

  • Effectively manage moderate to high call volume.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers and clinicians in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Input patient data into the pharmacy information management system.
  • Resolve patient/customer inquiries with the most effective response.
  • Display professional approach with team members at all times.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains knowledge of and abides by all HIPAA, Board of Pharmacy, and applicable federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a Certified Pharmacy Tech with call center experience. 
  • Must be certified and registered in the state of TN
  • Two-years of college experience or relative work experience preferred. 
  • Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communications, with a desire to provide superior phone customer service. 
  • Candidate needs to demonstrate initiative, time management, organizational skills, a professional demeanor and positive attitude. 
  • Must be willing to take on additional duties when needed. 
  • Responsible and willing to function as a cooperative team member. 
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to learn competencies in pharmacy information system.
