Product and Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining product and solutions market strategy and life cycle management, including customer needs identification, market research, product/service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion and branding.

Our Medical Products businesses deliver products and solutions to improve the lives of people every day. We are looking for a Global Marketing Enablement Manager to execute critical projects and commercial strategies to maximize global adoption and growth potential. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about healthcare, self-directed, able to adapt to new ways of thinking and prioritizes the needs of our customers and their patients.

Accountabilities

  • Apply marketing expertise and project management acumen to plan and execute priority strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Support cohesive and effective activation of commercial marketing activities by driving consistency, continuity and efficiency in content development and deployment. Commercial marketing activities may include product launch and associated training, line extension support, market expansion/acceleration, thought-leadership, brand building and value proposition creation among others. Deliverable formats to include digital, interactive, social, print and event.   
  • Function as an integrated member of the assigned Global Products (upstream) marketing team(s) to:
    • Align with Product Marketers on the strategy to be executed
    • Evaluate and optimize use of internal/external creative resources to execute on time, on strategy and on budget
    • Work with internal cross-functional partners (e.g., enterprise creative services, enterprise brand, enterprise digital, sales training & effectiveness, instructional design and development, medical affairs) and/or external vendors (e.g., agency partners) to lead and manage all aspects of the content development creative process including writing and revision; marketing, brand, legal and regulatory reviews and redlines; approvals and production
    • Facilitate content deployment to targeted global geographies
    • Support the efforts of Finance and Product Marketing to plan and manage monthly marketing spend to forecast

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in related field, preferred
  • Medical device, healthcare marketing, advertising agency, and/or product management experience, preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Proficient computer skills and understanding of project management systems (e.g., Workfront, Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams), preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, highly organized with exceptional project management skills
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team setting, including across multiple internal teams and geographies
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Capable of multi-tasking and prioritization to deliver on business commitments in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at one time
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
