Director of Commercial Product Solutions

The purpose of this role is the life-cycle management of a commercial product or solution; developing, designing and driving the strategy to successfully build new, and grow current, products and solutions in the market. This resource is responsible for managing the P&L and customer experience associated with the technical product category. This role is expected to work well with cross functional teams to drive the successful implementation of the strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Product Management, Marketing, or other related field, or equivalent

experience (MBA is a plus)

• 10+ years in related field preferred

• Demonstrated portfolio / program management skills with complex products, developing product roadmaps and functional specifications, launching new products, conducting customer research and informing user testing for complex products

• Experience with modern development and product methodologies (Agile, Stage & Gate, etc.)

• Strong financial acumen

• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally

• Flexible and responsive attitude capable of managing multiple, shifting priorities

• Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills

• Served as a mentor and SME for colleagues

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
