Facility and Security Technology provides technical solutions for facility and security risk management. Creates security standards and deploys technology, including, but not limited to security systems, facility technology, smart buildings, and the cyber-hardening of these devices.

Job Summary

The Facility and Security Technology Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the organization’s facility and security technology operations. This entry-level position is responsible for supporting the corporate badging program and reviewing invoicing for accuracy across all facility and security technology systems. The coordinator ensures vendor performance, service integrity, and timely response to operational needs.

Working closely with the FAST Service and Project teams, as well as procurement, finance, global facility contacts, and external vendors, this role ensures that services, supplies, and technical support are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organizational standards.

This is a hybrid position onsite in Dublin, Ohio 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Badge & Access Management: Print, ship, and manage badges for employees and contractors; assign access to readers at Corporate HQ and maintain electronic access forms.
  • Service Coordination: Utilize ServiceNow for ticket tracking and coordinate with security vendors to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
  • Supply & Logistics Oversight: Order, ship, and track badging supplies (domestic and international) and report distribution for finance cost allocation.
  • Vendor & Financial Accuracy: Review vendor invoices for accuracy, validate POs, and ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Compliance & Audits: Participate in monthly and quarterly audits to maintain regulatory compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience, preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated hourly range: $18.90 - $27.00 per hour

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
