Consultant, Customer Contract Administration

The Consultant, Contract Operations owns the optimization of the Medical contracting solution and associated processes to ensure efficient and effective contracting operations that drive business value and an improved customer experience.  This role will work across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure that contractual business needs across the Medical Segment are met (current scope: US Medical Solutions)]. Reports to the Manager, Contract Operations and will achieve results through both direct and indirect teams.

Accountabilities

  • Consistently develop and execute standard work
  • Actively pursues opportunities to continuously improve both contacting processes and the customer experience
  • Partners with Sales, Legal and other cross-functional stakeholders to proactively implement contracting solutions that optimize business value
  • Utilizes Apttus functionality to its fullest potential to manage all contract lifecycle activities, including contract activation and execution
  • Supports key commercial initiatives and projects from a contracting perspective
  • Partners with other Customer Lifecycle Management stakeholders to ensure integrity of customer offer to enable effective execution
  • Works on complex projects of large scope
  • Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
  • Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
  • Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
  • May act as a mentor to other colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in related field preferred
  • Proven track record of process design and execution
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Knowledge of US Medical Solutions business preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Apttus preferred
