Open to B3, B4 and P1s
Minimum 1 year in current role
No DAs, NTEs or under a prescriptive period
Minimum of 3.0/ Achieved rating on last Performance Appraisal
Has not applied to the same role in less than 6 months
Intermediate Excel skills (formula, pivot, lookup...)
External
BA/BS degree is preferred
Minimum 3 years work experience in BPO or customer service (inclusive of 1 year in current role)
U.S. geography and logistics or transportation management experience is preferred
Previous experience with a Transportation Management System (ie: MercuryGate)
Intermediate analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills
Intermediate to advance communication skills (verbal & written) and customer focus
Ability to follow SOPs and pays attention to details
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to multi-task and process work in multiple systems and applications (i.e. TMS, SalesForce, SAP, etc.)
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and train and coach others
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Can work mid-shift and during weekends
