Analyst, Transportation

Qualifications: 

Internal

  • Open to B3, B4 and P1s

  • Minimum 1 year in current role

  • No DAs, NTEs or under a prescriptive period

  • Minimum of 3.0/ Achieved rating on last Performance Appraisal

  • Has not applied to the same role in less than 6 months

  • Intermediate Excel skills (formula, pivot, lookup...)

External

  • BA/BS degree is preferred 

  •  Minimum 3 years work experience in BPO or customer service (inclusive of 1 year in current role) 

  • U.S. geography and logistics or transportation management experience is preferred 

  • Previous experience with a Transportation Management System (ie: MercuryGate) 

  • Intermediate analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills 

  • Intermediate to advance communication skills (verbal & written) and customer focus 

  • Ability to follow SOPs and pays attention to details 

  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) 

  • Ability to multi-task and process work in multiple systems and applications (i.e. TMS, SalesForce, SAP, etc.) 

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and train and coach others 

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment  

  • Can work mid-shift and during weekends
