高级产品技术专员 (Senior Product Specialist)

主要职责

• 负责公司产品的销售和推广工作，完成销售任务

• 开发、维护所管辖区域销售渠道和医院等终端客户资源

• 了解市场同类产品相关信息及市场动态

• 贯彻执行公司的市场销售策略

• 配合市场部进行区域学术活动

• 掌握扎实的产品知识及娴熟的销售技巧，做好产品培训及研讨会等工作。

任职资格

• 本科及以上学历

• 3年以上外企医疗器械工作经验，有耗材销售经验

• 有小设备销售经验者优先

• 具有代理商管理经验

• 熟悉客户教育，可以独立完成活动的策划，申请和实施

• 较强的市场开拓能力

• 较强的沟通协调能力和抗压能力

• 良好的人际沟通能力，执行能力，具有团队合作精神

• 能适应出差（出差时间占35%）

Primary responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products, and complete sales tasks
• Develop and maintain sales channels in the jurisdictional areas and end-customer resources such as hospitals
• Understand the relevant information and market dynamics of similar products in the market Implement the company's marketing and sales strategy
• Cooperate with the marketing department to carry out regional academic activities
• Master solid product knowledge and skilled sales skills, do a good job in product training and seminars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 3 years of medical device work experience in MNCs, with experience in consumables sales
• Experience in small device sales is preferred
• Experience in agent management
• Familiar with customer education, can independently complete the planning, application and implementation of the event
