What Inside Sales contributes to ParMedPharmaceuticals Inside Sales is responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers across the United States.
Accountabilities in this role
Achieve assigned sales goals and customer contact frequency
Expand customer base and products sold to this base
Conduct quality sales calls
Form long standing customer relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
Proactively demonstrate the defined value of partnering with ParMed Pharmaceuticals both pre- and post-sales
Demonstrate positive interactions with customers and team members
Adhere to all policies and procedures
Adhere to the core values of the company
Work under moderate supervision
High School Graduate or Equivalent
1-2 years proven outside or inside sales experience preferred
Self-motivated to achieve goals
Extremely personable and team player
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Proficient computer skills

Demonstrates basic industry, customer and ParMed Pharmaceuticals knowledge
Maximize customer relationships through timely routine contact with both new and existing customers
Build and sustain relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers and ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty
Navigate through the order entry systems, processes and procedures
Initiate introductory customer calls with the objective of developing a long-term business relationship
Effectively negotiates and collaborates with customers and colleagues to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes
Applies basic sales protocol by following appropriate sales presentation guidelines
