What Strategic Planning/ Execution contributes to Cardinal Health
Strategic Planning/Execution is responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas

For moderate/high complexity initiative, inform and execute people-centric strategies that incorporate change network recommendations, special tactics, potential resistance areas, and communications framework from gate 0 through project close.
Serve as consultative partner and work collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs), project management teams, functional partners and Business leaders
Participate in organizational mapping, profiling, and stakeholder analysis
Able to meet objectives across two possible areas of leadership: Stakeholder engagement and Workstream ownership
Design and execute readiness plans customized to the initiative and environment, steeped in understanding of the stakeholder view, and inclusive of objective/subjective metrics that indicate buy-in/readiness health.
Inform and manage mitigation plans and special tactics as part of ongoing stakeholder resistance management
Influence, inform, and execute communication strategies for how project specifics will be relayed to a necessary audience
Create/distribute collateral and key messaging that drive stakeholder awareness and buy-in.
Design and manage close the loop infrastructure that enables stakeholder visibility to the new way or working while also ensuring ample opportunities/forums for feedback, questions and input towards gaps, requirements, and potential barriers.
Work collaboratively with SMEs, business process owners, and PMO to understand specific change details
Determine impact to stakeholders based on changes to people, process, and technology
Ideate and create resources to produce deeper understanding of workstream specific details
Partner closely with Change Lead and Stakeholder engagement Lead
Provide support for project GMBs and OCM platforms
May serve as primary point of contact to project team members, Steering Committees, and Leaders at and above Director level
May create change strategies and readiness plans for low to moderately complex projects with limited scope
May manage and train stakeholders who commit to serving as an extended arm of OCM by driving change within their organizations (Change Agents)
May manage OCM project manager
May lead/create training program options designed to instill change management understanding and the ability to successfully play the desired/assigned role during a change initiative
BS/BA Business or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration/Development, or Strategy
3-5 years professional experience ideally in Organizational Change Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, Strategic Marketing, Project Management, or Learning & Development
Analytical & Word Processing: Must demonstrate command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
Presentation: must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed actions, illustrating opportunity, alternatives, recommendation and associated economics
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent executive presentation skills
Experience with graphics and design type work preferred and a plus
Exceptional interpersonal relationships and ability to influence others
Experience working with all levels of management
Advanced project management skills, tools and phases of project lifecycle
Experience in meeting tight deadlines and juggling multiple priorities
Prefer expertise on the people side of change management during large scale, complex changes in a high velocity change environment
Professional Sciences (Prosci) Change Management Certification or CCMP certification or experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus
